What counts as a photo?

One uploaded image, however many faces are in it. Choosing which faces to change is free. Regenerating a single face you're not happy with uses one photo.

Do photos expire?

No. Photos you buy stay on your account until you use them — buy a pack before sports day and use the rest at the summer fair.

What if a photo has no faces, or it fails?

You're not charged. The photo is refunded to your balance automatically.

Is there a subscription to cancel?

No. Each pack is a single payment and nothing renews. When you run low, buy another pack from Photos & billing — packs add to whatever you have left.

What happens to our photos?

Photos are anonymised by our AI provider under a data processing agreement and deleted automatically 48 hours after upload — or after 7 days if you choose to keep them longer. We never use your photos to train AI.
